Good2u Terms & Conditions — Platform Terms of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the good2u platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated herein. These terms apply to all users in Malaysia.

Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the good2u platform — whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other device — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
To use the good2u platform, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
- Be resident in or accessing the platform from a permitted region within Malaysia.
- Not legally prohibited from using online entertainment services.
- Register one account per person only — multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. good2u reserves the right to deny access to any user found not meeting the eligibility requirements set out herein.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and good2u as the platform operator. Keep a copy of these terms for your reference.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
All information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. good2u reserves the right to require identity verification at any time for security and compliance purposes. You are solely responsible for keeping your account information current, especially the bank account details used for deposits and withdrawals.
Password & Login Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your good2u account password and login credentials confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered your own. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact customer support immediately for the appropriate action to be taken.
General User Responsibilities
As a good2u user, you agree to:
- Use the platform for personal and lawful entertainment purposes only.
- Not use any automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
- Not attempt to defraud, hack, or interfere with the platform's security systems.
- Not use another person's account or allow others to use your account.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia when using the platform.
Payment, Deposit & MYR Transaction Information
All deposits and withdrawals on the good2u platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). good2u supports local payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go e-wallet, and standard bank transfers. The following terms apply to all financial transactions:
- Deposits: All deposits are subject to minimum limits as set and may change without prior notice. Successful deposits will be credited to your account based on the processing time of the selected payment method.
- Withdrawals: Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account registered under the same name as the good2u account holder. good2u reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
- Prohibited transactions: Any deposit made through unauthorised methods, a credit card belonging to someone else, or a bank account not in the user's name may result in account suspension and transaction cancellation.
- Taxes and charges: good2u is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges that may be imposed by your bank or any third-party payment provider on your transactions.
- Final decisions: All decisions regarding financial transactions made by the good2u team are final, subject to applicable internal policies.
Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
Good2u provides its online entertainment platform on an "as is" basis without any warranties, express or implied. good2u does not guarantee that the platform will be free from technical interruptions, errors, or system failures at all times.
Good2u shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from game or betting outcomes.
Users acknowledge that all entertainment and betting activities carry financial risk, which is borne solely by the user. good2u accepts no liability for any losses arising from unfavourable game outcomes.
Account Suspension & Closure
Good2u reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to suspend or close any user account found to be:
- Violating any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Engaging in fraudulent activity, system manipulation, or collusion.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or the verification process.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
- Making deposits using a payment method not belonging to the user.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the good2u support team. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all security checks are complete.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the good2u platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of good2u and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written permission from good2u.
Third-Party Links
The good2u platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for user convenience. good2u is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms
Good2u reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Malaysian law governs all disputes.
